Talk to the Brain: The Science of Giving Actionable Feedback
Actionable feedback is a key driver of a thriving organisational culture.
This training builds confidence and skill in giving clear, constructive feedback with neuroscience in mind.
It begins by exploring why feedback is important in your context and the underlying intentions behind it.
Participants learn what makes feedback effective, recognise common language pitfalls that make it vague, and understand how to avoid triggering threat responses in the brain.
Throughout the training, participants learn and practice a brain-friendly feedback structure in a variety of situations. They also explore how to turn feedback into a two-way conversation, making it a more engaging and collaborative experience.

This session is highly participatory, as we start building new skills from the beginning.
